Goodnight Lobsters, lighthouses and seashells. Goodnight Puffins and Seals. Goodnight loons and lakes.....

Well, we've had lots of fun here over the last 4.5 years. Freeport is a great town and Maine has a lot to offer. We loved hiking and outlet shopping and sailing and visiting the animals at Wolfe Neck Farm. Winslow Park beach/playground is one of our favorite stomping grounds. We are going to miss our beautiful house that we poured our blood, sweat and tears into. But most of all, we are going to miss the good friends we have made here. Especially The Grimm Family for being such great neighbors. We count you amongst our closest friends. We'll miss hanging out with you and watching Dominik and Ian and Ben grow up together. It's been great having Carol to keep me sane when I am just about to lose it! We will be back to visit you guys for sure. And also holding a special place in our hearts are The Swanbergs. We've only know you a short time, but we love you guys and Dominik will miss his playdates with Lily! And we cannot forget about Joe & Kathy "out front". Thanks for loving Dominik so much and for the unforgettable day on the FEDEX planes! Rock on!!
And so it is we leave with a heavy heart......

Buon Compleanni!

I turned 2 last week and had a super-fun birthday. My mom made a chocolate cake - yum!! And we had an Easter Egg hunt and all my friends got dinosaur tattoos. Thanks to everyone who made a special trip just to see me!!

Welcome Aboard Ladies & Gentlemen....

This is your captain speaking from the flight deck!
My neighbor, Kathy, took me to the airport to see the Fedex Planes today. I got to go up into the control room and look out at the planes AND THEN, Fedex Mike took us up onto the big jet plane and let me sit in the cockpit! It was so cool in there...lots of instruments like compasses, thermometers, etc! Future engineer heaven! AND THEN, he took me onto the little propeller plane and I got to sit in that cockpit too. AND THEN, Mike gave me a Fedex bear with lots of different t-shirts that I can dress him in AND a stuffed Fedex plane.
AND THEN, we went to Norms for ribs with Kathy and Joe too and Daddy too and Mommy too! YUMM! Today was a very good day.

Nebulize Me

Okay, so I haven't posted in a while. I'm sick of being sick is why! Since just before Christmas I've hit a real rough patch. After the croup, 2 different ear infections and a sinus infection, I'm now on a nebulizer every 4 hours! But I'm really being a trooper through it all. Mom says I get to have GELATO tomorrow!! That usually helps me feel better.

I hope everyone's giorni festivi were molto bene. I really like PRESENTS! I want Santa to come every day! I miss the Che Bella lights on the tree though. Wish we didn't have to wait a whole year for them to come back.

New Year's Eve was lots of fun. I went to a fun concert and saw some fireworks. The fireworks are pretty but noisy so I didn't like them so much. But after that, we went and had some Gelato - Can you say Happy New Year!!

And yesterday was Zack's birthday. He's 12 years old now. We had a munchkin with a candle in it and my friend Lily and I sang Happy Birthday and helped him blow out the candle and then we gave him the munchkin.

So far 2008 is shaping up to be pretty fun!
