Were we naughty or nice?

You decide after seeing what Santa left for us!  We had such a great day yesterday with Nana, Papa and Uncle Todd and our parents.  Yaya broke her wrist so couldn't be with us.  We brought Christmas to her last night.
Merry Christmas Everyone!

Little Elves….

My family and I went to deliver food baskets for New Horizons Food Pantry this morning.  We all wore Santa hats and carried turkey's, toys and a basket of foods to the doors.  It was fun and I think we made a few people very happy.

Dimitri goes a-caroling

Well….let's just say he goes bell-ringing and leave it at that.  Not much singing going on!

Immaculate Conception Mass

Our 3rd grade class put on a Mass today in the chapel at PMA.   I did a reading and we sang a song together and then Mrs. Craven invited our parents back to the classroom to hear our "Class Song".  My parents and Nana and Papa came.  It was the best part of my day!!

A full bucket

of hats and mittens that we will bring to the Anna Marie house.  The Anna Marie house is a homeless shelter that houses about nine families at a time (http://www.annemariehouse.org).  It's right on the campus of my school.  We will bring these to them tomorrow.
The story behind the bucket is….we had a party yesterday and asked everyone to bring a donation of a warm hat and/or mittens for a child in need.  How awesome are our friends!?!?!  Look at the bucket full of warm and fun items!  We are very grateful to have such cool friends.  The party itself was a blast too.  Dimitri and I loved having our friends over for some silly holiday fun.  We decorated ice cream cone Christmas Trees too.  Yum!!   I hope they all had as much fun as we did.  My mom didn't take any pictures of the actual party so I cannot post them.  But a BIG THANK YOU to our friends:
James, Madison, Nathan, Zack, Mason, Jocelyn, Zach, Caroline, Eric, Hannah and Ryan for being so generous.  Happy Holidays!!

UPDATE:  We got some pictures from a friend so you can see the fun!

Santa!! He came to Advent Breakfast at PMA!

Dimitri and I brought a bunch of gifts to Santa this year.  I know, it seems backward, but he is going to get them to a child who doesn't have many toys.   We did manage to tell him what we would like under the tree this year too.  :)
