And Then He Was 6...

Dimitri had his 6th Birthday party tonight. He had 6 of his friends come and celebrate with him.  They loved playing games and the basement and then chasing Dad and Chief in the backyard after pizza and cake! His birthday is actually on Sunday.  

Double Digits

I turned 10 a few weeks ago.  My party was Star Wars themed of course.  We had in at my house and my mom played some party games, we ate pizza and cake, then changed into our jammies and watched Percy Jackson "The Lightning Thief".  I think my friend Eric was the last to leave at 10:15 pm.  It was so fun!

Because someday I'll be old enough to vote!  We went to see Hillary Clinton and mom went to see Donald Trump.  It was fun to meet the secret service folks and see a former president in person (Pres. Clinton) plus the mom from the movie Elf!  :)

Doing some catching up!!

We have been busy lately having lots of fun.   Dominik has become a pro snowboarder dude and Dimitri is the mad bomber when it comes to skiing.   Plus add in driving snowmobiles and you can say we have had a great winter even though there hasn't been any snow!

Winter Finally Arrived - And we had a SNOW DAY!`

Friday February 5th was our first snow day of the year.  It was fun to stay home and do nothing.   Today we got to go out and play in the white stuff.  It was good for sledding.  Chief had fun running around like a crazy dog too!

Welcome 2016!!

We had a nice little family party last night.  Just the 4 of us.  Dad picked up chinese food and Mom made us chocolate cream pies for dessert - YUM!  Then we played Xbox bowling.   Dad won, of course.  After that we went upstairs to have a family sleepover in Mom and Dads room.  We watched "Mr. Poppers Penguins".  at 8:00 we rung in the New Year by watching last years' Times Square ball drop and dancing to "Shout", "Tequila" and "Teenage Wedding".  Lots of fun!

A Crazy Christmas!

What a fun, crazy Christmas we had this year.  First we started by going to a party at our cousins on Christmas Eve.   We were SPOILED with presents by everyone there.  Then Nana and Papa and Uncle Todd came back to our house and we got to open another present!  Believe it or not, Santa did come that night too.  We awoke Christmas morning to full stockings and lots of presents under the tree.  We stayed in our pajamas all day until Dad decided to have a campfire. It was like summer - 70 degrees!  We even toasted marshmallows with the neighbors.  It was the best Christmas yet!!
