The Force Was With Us

on halloween.  Dimitri and Dominik decided on Star Wars costumes this year. Dominik was Anakin and Dimitri was Darth Vader.  We had a great time visiting Yaya in our costumes.   For Trick Or Treat we went to a friends house and had a blast trick or treating with 10 of our friends!  We got LOTS and LOTS of candy.  Even Mom and Miss Jess got into the spirit.

Annapolis Adventure!

 We went sailing on Chesapeake Bay for Papa's 70th birthday.  The crew included my brother and I, my mom and dad, Nana, Papa (of course), Uncle Todd and Maybe-Aunt Mardi. :)
We had a great time.  My favorite part was walking home from the cupcake shop in a major thunderstorm.  Papa made us rain jackets out of garbage bags that the shop lady gave us!

First Year of Cross Country!

Dominik has decided to do Cross Country for PMA this year.  He's one of the youngest on the team and most of the teams they race against have no kids as young as he is.  So far he loves it and is doing great.  Yesterday's meet was 2.1 miles and he did it in 20:20.  We are super proud.

Soccer Season is here!

Both boys are playing this year.  Dad is coaching Dimitri's team.

Labor Day weekend at Santa's Village

Mom here taking over the blog again as it seems Dominik is over scheduled with school, soccer and cross-country!
Yes, we went to Santa's Village for Labor Day weekend.  Seems silly, I know. But we had a great time.  There are lots of fun rides there, we stayed at a hotel for a couple of nights and we took a chairlift ride at Bretton Woods and the kids got to ride these cool ATV go-carts!
